A weekly, half-hour programme featuring the preparation of a three-course meal - has been well received by the local community, now opening out and being broadcast across Africa....and beyond!
Driss wants to share his love of food with everyone he meets. This lively programme discusses quality produce and getting the right ingredients to prepare your meal - which is important wherever you live!
With his culinary tastes over many years in the States and Europe, Driss talks about his experiences from when food was just a hobby, before he opened the restaurant a few years ago, up to the present day. He puts these experiences into the programme, with a range of mouth watering dishes specially prepared to make use of what's available from the local areas.
With his western style, but still keeping with the local flavours of his viewing audience, Driss is now coming to the attention of broadcasters outside of Africa. His show is now launching on the Sky satellite network from the 4th April and runs for 24 episodes - Now available to viewers in the UK!
