As Driss has to be involved in every aspect of the business, he has trained one of his longest running staff to head the kitchen for him. Under his supervision, Olie has been with The Butcher's Shop since it opened in 1993.
Her natural sensitivity to flavour, texture, colour and form is what gained her the ability to succeed, respond and perform to Driss's creative direction.

We serve embassies, banks, corporations and NGOs - as well as private residences.
We cater for many functions, including weddings, birthday parties, and receptions of all kinds.
If required, we are able to provide any combination of chairs, tables and tableware. We can cater for parties from an intimate dinner to a seated banquet of 200 or more.
